Returns & Refunds
Customers may submit a return or refund request within 25 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for after-sales support, returns, or refund services.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request to cancel an order before shipment by contacting Heart Of Everyday Kitchen through the Contact Us Page at heartofeverydaykitchen.warhead.com/contact-us
Heart Of Everyday Kitchen reserves the right to cancel and refund any order if the order cannot be fulfilled within the stated processing time due to inventory shortages, supply issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If a customer receives an item that is damaged, defective, or broken, they may submit a refund or return request supported by valid evidence. If the item must be returned, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 3 business days of approval.
Refunds approved for damaged or defective item claims will be processed once the return shipment is confirmed it is in transit by the shipping carrier using the provided prepaid return label.
Non-Defective Returns
Heart Of Everyday Kitchen doesn’t guarantee returns for non-defective items or buyer’s remorse claims. All such requests are reviewed individually and may be approved or denied at the sole discretion of Heart Of Everyday Kitchen.
If a non-defective return request is approved, a restocking and repackaging fee may apply. Any applicable fee will not exceed 35% of the total order value.
Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen does not provide warranties on products
sold through the website. Warranty coverage, if applicable, may vary by product or manufacturer.
Refund & Redelivery Timeframes
Once a refund or redelivery request is approved, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen will process the refunds within 3 business days or arrange redelivery within 5 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon between the customer and Heart Of Everyday Kitchen.
Evidence Requirements
Customers submitting an after-sales request must provide sufficient supporting evidence, including, but not limited to, photos, videos, or documentation related to the issue. Failure to provide adequate evidence within the applicable after-sales period may result in the denial of the return or refund request.
Heart Of Everyday Kitchen reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether the evidence provided is sufficient to support a claim under these policies.
Refund Request Timing
Customers are entitled to request a full refund if an order is not shipped within the stated processing time shown on the order page.
Return & Refund Policy—Heart Of Everyday Kitchen
For Unshipped Orders
If a return or refund request is submitted after the stated processing time and the order has not yet shipped, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen will issue a full refund for the order.
If a refund request is submitted while the order is still within the stated processing time, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen will review and process the request in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Heart Of Everyday Kitchen has up to 3 business days to review and process a refund request after the customer submits it. If Heart Of Everyday Kitchen does not approve or reject the request within 3 business days, the order will automatically qualify for a refund.
Please note: Even if the order remains within the stated processing time, all refund requests must still be handled within the processing timeframe outlined above.
For Shipped Orders
If Heart Of Everyday Kitchen does not approve or reject the request within 10 business days, the customer will automatically qualify for a refund.
Goods Returned in Transit
If a package is returned to Heart Of Everyday Kitchen while in transit for any reason, and the customer submits a refund request, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen will process the refund within 3 business days of receiving the request.
If the customer requests a replacement or redelivery under the same circumstances, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen will arrange redelivery within 5 business days of the request being approved.
Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit
If a package or product is lost or damaged during shipment, the customer must provide supporting evidence from the shipping carrier or logistics provider, including but not limited to screenshots or tracking updates confirming the shipment issue.
Once verified, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen will process the refund within 3 business days of the approved refund request or arrange redelivery within 5 business days of approval.

Customers should provide clear photos or videos showing the damaged product. If photographic evidence alone is deemed inadequate to verify the reported damage, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen reserves the right to request additional supporting evidence, including video documentation.
b. Proof Of Complaint or Dispute
Heart Of Everyday Kitchen reserves the right to require customers to provide copies or screenshots of dispute communications, email correspondence, or payment gateway complaints containing relevant identifying and claim-related information, including the customer’s name, transaction details, complaint information, and applicable dates.
c. Return of the Product
Heart Of Everyday Kitchen reserves the right to require the return of the product in connection with any dispute, claim, or refund review process when deemed necessary by the dispute resolution team.
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen reserves the right to interpret and apply these policies and to determine, at its sole discretion, whether any refund, replacement, redelivery, or return request is eligible for approval.
3.1 Delayed Orders
An order may be classified as delayed if tracking information is unavailable, the shipment remains in transit or pending, or delivery has not occurred within the applicable delivery timeframe after the order has departed from the Heart Of Everyday Kitchen warehouse. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances beyond the control of Heart Of Everyday Kitchen.
a. Orders Shipped to the United States
For orders shipped to the United States, a shipment may be considered delayed if delivery has not occurred within forty-five (45) calendar days from the date the order departed from the Heart of Everyday Kitchen warehouse.
b. Orders Shipped to Brazil
For orders shipped to Brazil, a shipment may be considered delayed after one hundred ten (110) calendar days from the shipment departure date due to customs inspections, clearance procedures, and regional carrier processing requirements.
c. Specialty Shipping Lines
For certain specialty shipping methods, including but not limited to liquid shipping lines or restricted-item logistics channels, Heart of Everyday Kitchen may review delayed shipment claims after one hundred (100) calendar days from the shipment departure date.
d. Restricted Shipping Methods
Certain shipping methods or carrier services may have limited tracking availability, restricted eligibility for disputes, or carrier-imposed limitations. Under such circumstances, Heart of Everyday Kitchen reserves the right to deny, limit, or decline delayed shipment claims when sufficient carrier verification or shipping confirmation cannot be obtained.
Important Delivery & Carrier Notices
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information, including the recipient’s name, address, phone number, postal code, and delivery details, is accurate and complete at the time the order is placed.
Heart of Everyday Kitchen shall not be held liable for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional shipping expenses resulting from inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
In certain cases, packages may be held at local postal facilities, carrier warehouses, customs offices, pickup lockers, or designated collection points due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

Delivered but Not Received Claims
If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, but the customer claims the package was not received, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen may initiate an investigation with the applicable shipping carrier or logistics provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen shall not be liable for carrier delivery errors, stolen packages, delayed carrier investigation, or losses occurring after delivery confirmation has been issued by the shipping carrier or logistics provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heart Of Everyday Kitchen shall not be responsible for delays, losses, damages, or delivery failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

3.2 Orders Marked as Delivered / Orders Not Received

3.4 Incorrect, Incomplete, Missing, Or Non-Conforming Products

Heart Of Everyday Kitchen reserves the sole and absolute right to determine whether such missing or incorrect items materially affect the value, intended use, merchantability, or functionality of the purchased merchandise.
